Providing you with a safe space to relax

Could you benefit from a safe and confidential space to explore your thoughts and feelings. With a humanistic base I work alongside clients in an empathic, compassionate, accepting and non-judgemental manner, listening to any issues or struggles presented. Working integratively, I draw upon various psychodynamic, person-centred and cognitive behavioural approaches to assist clients to reduce associated distress and provide tools and strategies to enable them, encouraging growth and self-worth.

All appointments take place in a soothing safe, and warm environment.
